ASSIGNMENT 02 : Online Campaign (Part01)
Task :
Analysis of content through group finding and discussion and critically interpret different forms of information of the content. Besides, evaluate and conclusion of group finding towards the content information.
Define : Task 01
For Define, I choose Gender to be the tittle of my slides. I also identified and do some research on the problem statement. There are few problem statement regards to gender inequality which are uneven access to education, leak of employment equality, lack of religious freedom and poor medical care.
IDEATE : Task 02
The task 02 is about what had people did when female encounter inequality. I choose the tittle "Workplace Inequality" and do researches on this direction. Thus, I had found that the CEO and Co-Founder of the company, Duolingo had achieved a 50:50 ratio for their company engineer hires. He succeeded in making the company a gender equality company in workplace.
IDEATE : Task 03
"Strategy Plan A"
For Ideate, I was assigned to work on strategy part A, which is about what to do to solve the gender inequality problem. My idea at this time was to create an online campaign, and while thinking about the online campaign I also thought about the organizer of the online campaign, whose name is WHW which stands for Women help Women. I also listed the activities to be done when the online campaign was held. The campaign was wired for anonymous reporting, and the purpose of this anonymous reporting was to expose the problem of gender discrimination in various places, such as where companies pay different salaries for different genders.
